 Choose from VTL Training and LES MILLS CEREMONY HYROX, two powerful training experiences designed to build strength, improve conditioning and keep you coming back for more.

VTL: FIT

Expect a high-energy, effective and challenging full-body workout led by a motivating trainer in a small group setting. Each 50-minute session is split into two working blocks made up of 6 stations of cardio, strength, core and recovery. Experience the perfect blend of heart-pounding cardio and muscle-building strength training with our community of members while having fun!

LES MILLS CEREMONY HYROX

LES MILLS CEREMONY HYROX is a 45-minute, small-group training class that focuses on strength, cardio and conditioning for a total body workout. In every class, we move through eight exercises in a lane (on the turf), built to bring out the best in you. Each workout is unique, scientifically designed with a range of exercises, equipment and tailored work/rest intervals. You’ll find a community that has your back, motivating music to push you through each set and expert coaches ready to help you give it your all.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING FAQS

What is Small Group Training?

Small Group Training is a coach-led workout experience designed to help you train with purpose and get results. Sessions are led by certified trainers in a motivating group environment and include VTL: FIT and LES MILLS CEREMONY HYROX.

Where is Small Group Training available?

Small group training is available at the following five National Fitness locations: Maryville, Morristown, West Knoxville Signature, Sevierville and Tazewell Pike.

Who has access to Small Group Training?

Small group training is included with all Lifestyle memberships. Members can also add small group training to their account for $20 per month, and will keep this rate as long as the add-on is active.

Active members over the age of 18 with memberships that do not include small group training will receive one free session when they join National Fitness. Members must have access to a club that offers Small Group Training to redeem the free session. All free sessions expire 60 days from the date of issue.

I’m interested in learning more about Small Group Training. What are my next steps? 

To explore our Small Group Training options further, please speak with the club’s Fitness Manager. They can provide you with detailed information, answer your questions, and help get you set up.

I don’t have access to Small Group Training currently, but I want access! How soon after I change my membership will it take for me to reserve a session?

Membership changes at the club can take up to an hour to fully process. Online membership changes can take up to three days to fully process. If you would like to make a membership change for small group training access, please contact Member Services or speak with a team member at the Welcome Desk.

I received a Small Group Training trial. How do I redeem my session?

If you received a small group training trial, you will be able to book a session through the National Fitness app or Member Hub. The free Small Group Training access pass expires 60 days from the date of issue.

I redeemed my trial session and loved it. How do I gain access to VTL Training and/or LES MILLS CEREMONY HYROX moving forward?

Small Group Training is currently included with the Preferred Plus Package. Members can also add Small Group Training to their existing membership for an additional $20 per month. To upgrade, contact the Welcome Desk, Member Services or visit the Access + Perks > Clubs + Programs section of the mobile app.

I didn’t receive a free trial session, but I want to train! When can I try Small Group Training?

All active National Fitness members over the age of 18 at clubs that offer VTL Training and/or LES MILLS CERMONY HYROX will receive a free trial. Please speak with a team member at the Welcome Desk for further assistance.

BEFORE YOU TRAIN

How much time will it take for me to check in and set up for class?

Be sure to arrive 5 minutes before the session starts. If it’s your first session, the trainer will be available to meet you and walk you through training set-up.

What should I wear to train?

Bring a water bottle, towel, proper training or running shoes, and wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t hold you back from your best training session yet.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations are required and you can make your reservation in the National Fitness app before your training session starts. Click here for instructions on how to make a reservation in the app.

Can I cancel my reservation if I can’t make the class?

Members who cannot attend their training session are expected to cancel their reservation at least 2 hours prior to the session start time.

What if I’m late to my training session?

Be sure to arrive within the first 5 minutes of your session’s start time. Members who arrive later than the 5-minute grace period will be marked as no-show and may incur a no-show fee.
